Description :

Analivegam or Vishadani, scientifically known as Pittosporum tetraspermum, is an evergreen shrub or small tree native to South Asia, particularly India. Belonging to the Pittosporaceae family, Analivegam is valued for its aromatic leaves, fragrant flowers, and medicinal properties. The plant features glossy, elliptical leaves, small clusters of creamy white flowers with a sweet fragrance, and pear-shaped seed capsules containing black seeds. Analivegam is commonly grown as an ornamental plant in gardens and landscapes and is also used in traditional medicine for its therapeutic benefits.

Suitable Climate Condition :

Sunlight: Analivegam thrives in full sunlight to partial shade. Provide at least 4-6 hours of sunlight daily for optimal growth and flowering.

Water: Keep the soil evenly moist but not waterlogged. Water Analivegam plants regularly, especially during dry spells or periods of drought, to maintain soil moisture levels.

Soil: Well-draining, loamy soil with a pH level between 6.0 and 7.5 is ideal for Analivegam. Sandy loam or loamy soil enriched with organic matter promotes healthy root development and growth.
