Sunitha Panchanathan
Head Social Impact Programs
Sunitha Panchanathan holds Master’s Degrees in Psychology and Management, which provides her with a unique blend of knowledge and expertise in both fields. Sunitha’s interest in Gratitude Farms stems from the work that the organization does in the resettlement of soldiers and their families. She is working closely with Army Wives Welfare Association (AWWA) for programs for livelihood for family members of serving and ex-servicemen, war widows and disabled soldiers. In five years, Sunitha hopes to see herself leading a team of successful entrepreneurs across the country and making a significant impact on the lives of ESM and their family members.
