1. Palak powder-100 grams
  2. Amla powder-5 grams
  3. Basil powder-5 grams
  4. Jaggery-1 kg
  5. Cloves-10 no
  6. Cinnamon-medium size
  7. Nut meg-small piece
  8. Japahtri-3 or 5
  9. Ealachi- 6-7no
  10. Menthol-small piece

Method of preparation:

Mix spices and palak powder and grin into fine powder

In a pan, heat the jaggery with the required amount of water until it reaches a thick consistency.

Then add palak powder, amla powder and basil leaf powder, and spice powders and mix properly

Cook the syrup reaches reach a thick consistency.

Add roasted dry fruits in ghee at the end.

Cool and store in an airtight container.

 Take 1 to 2 teaspoons daily
