Ingredients

  1. Black gram dhal-1 cup
  2. Rice – 2 cups
  3. Palak powder-5 grams (5 grams of powder equals 100 grams of fresh palak)

Procedure:

Soak dhal and rice separately for 7 to 8 hours

Grind rice and dhal along with palak powder into a smooth batter

Mix salt and ferment overnight

Next day use it for making Dosas.
