Ingredients

  1. Dal -100 grams
  2. Palak podwre-5 to 10 grams
  3. Tamarind – 10 grams
  4. Seasonings
  5. Oil

Method of preparartion:

  1. Soak tamarind and dal separately for 30 minutes
  2. Add palak powder to dal and pressure cook for 4 to 5 whistles
  3. Smash the dal, add the tamarind juice, and mix properly
  4. Season the dal and garnish
Serve with rice or roti.
