Palak Dal
Ingredients
- Dal -100 grams
- Palak podwre-5 to 10 grams
- Tamarind β 10 grams
- Seasonings
- Oil
Method of preparartion:
- Soak tamarind and dal separately for 30 minutes
- Add palak powder to dal and pressure cook for 4 to 5 whistles
- Smash the dal, add the tamarind juice, and mix properly
- Season the dal and garnish
