Delivery & Shipping
All the products in the website are with DELIVERY FEE, if applicable.
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of the order. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (weekends ) will be shipped out the following week. We reserve the right to choose the shipping method to ensure delivery to your doorstep.
The customer will receive the order between two to 15 working days depend on location.
Please note that if your package is returned by the Shipper as ‘Undeliverable’, you are responsible for both outgoing and return shipping charges, unless the mistake in shipping is due to oversight by our company.
It is possible that your order may have items that are currently back ordered or Out-of-Stock. In such cases, it is our policy to ship out comparable alternatives. We may notify you regarding such changes via email. But at the end the choice of customer will be final.
All transactions and purchases made on the site is final and Gratitude Farms offers no return, no refund and exchange unless it can be clearly shown that the product shipped is defective or damaged or expired.
Received damaged shipment
If you receive product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days of receiving the shipment. Include a description of the damages and include pictures. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
